To get the most accurate results when testing: Test the same time every day, put the cuff on in the right place as per instructions, on your wrist.Differences in wristband position can cause changes in measured values For best results, use your left wrist as it is closer to your heart.

It is recommended to measure within 1 hour after waking up in the morning or before going to bed. 30 minutes prior to testing don’t eat, exercise, smoke or drink alcohol.

Before the measurement, please be quiet for about 5 minutes to relax the body, wrists and fingers Do not touch the body and wristband during measurement Keep quiet and relax during measurement Can’t speak when measuring While testing sit in a relaxed position with your feet straight in front of you and your wrist at heart level. Do not cross your legs.

Stay on top of your health and track your blood pressure using this slight touch blood pressure monitor. For continuous measurement, please wait at least 5 minutes.
